摘　　要：涉众型经济犯罪案件的处置关键在于涉案资产处置,涉案资产处置的重点在于处置权及处置方式。现阶段涉众型经济犯罪案件涉案资产处置制度在主体及方式等方面存在不足,以致出现案发后涉案资产难以追缴、追缴后难以发还等问题,应确立以法院为处置主体、多部门协同的处置方式。The key to dealing with the cases involving mass participation lies in the disposal of the assets involved while the key to dealing with the assets involved lies in the disposal right and the disposal methods. However, at present, there are some deficiencies in the disposal system of assets involved in the related economic crime cases. Even after the occurrence of the crime, the assets involved in the case are difficult to recover, and it is difficult to return after the recovery, and it is necessary to establish a multi-departmental coordinated disposal method with the court as the main body.
