山东省有自杀意念大学生的自我接纳在自我效能感与心理韧性间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:调查山东省有自杀意念大学生的自我接纳在一般自我效能感和心理韧性间的中介作用,为提高有自杀意念大学生的心理韧性、预防其自杀行为提供参考。方法:采用一般自我效能感量表、自我接纳问卷、青少年心理韧性量表对山东省内9所高校的847名在校大学生进行现场问卷调查,中介效应检验基于Hayes的方法。结果:山东省大学生自杀意念检出率为14.9%,不同性别(χ^2=13.556,P<0.01)、不同生源(χ^2=5.346,P<0.05)大学生自杀意念检出率差异有统计学意义。有自杀意念大学生一般自我效能感、自我接纳和心理韧性得分均显著低于无自杀意念大学生(均P<0.01);自我接纳在一般自我效能感和心理韧性间起部分中介作用(中介效应值为0.230),中介效应占总效应的41.9%。结论:自我接纳在有自杀意念大学生一般自我效能感和心理韧性间起部分中介作用,可通过提高其一般自我效能感水平和自我接纳程度来提高其心理韧性。Objective: To explore the mediating effects of self acceptance in general self-efficacy and psychological resilience,and to provide consultative reference for the improvement of resilience and the prevention of suicidal behavior among college students with suicidal ideation. Methods: A total of 847 college students from 9 universities in Shangdong province were investigated with General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES), The Self Acceptance Questionaire(SAQ), the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA). The mediation tests were based on Hayes'method. Results: The rate of suicidal ideation among these students was 14.9% in Shandong Province. There was statistical significant difference between genders(χ^2=13.556, P <0.01)and source(χ^2=5.346, P <0.05). Compared with those who had no suicidal ideation,the students who had suicidal ideation had lower general self-efficacy, self acceptance, resilience( t =-3.67,-7.83,-9.69, P <0.01). The relationships between general self-efficacy and resilience were partially mediated by self acceptance(the indirect effect was 0.230),which accounted for 41.9% of the variance. Conclusion: Self acceptance has a partial mediating effect in general self-efficacy and psychological resilience. Colleges can improve psychological resilience of college students with suicidal ideation by improving general self-efficacy and self acceptance.
