摘　　要：目的观察督脉穴位埋线结合现代康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫的影响.方法将40例痉挛型脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),两组均采用Bobath疗法与Vojta疗法相结合为主的运动疗法进行康复训练,治疗组在康复训练基础上施用督脉穴位埋线,对照组单纯接受康复训练,治疗前后分别对两组采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评定上肢痉挛程度、临床痉挛量表(CSS)评定下肢痉挛程度、粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评价粗大运动功能.结果治疗组肌张力和痉挛改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),粗大运动功能有改善,但两组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05).结论督脉穴位埋线配合康复训练可明显改善痉挛型脑瘫患者的肌张力,减轻痉挛程度,对粗大运动功能也有促进作用.Objective To observe the effect of thread embedding at Governor Vessel points plus rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy. Method Forty patients with spastic cerebral palsy were randomized into a treatment group (20 cases) and a control group (20 cases). The two groups were both provided with rehabilitation training with Bobath and Vojta as the main kinesiotherapy. The treatment group was given thread embedding at Governor Vessel points in addition to the rehabilitation training, while the control group received the rehabilitation training alone. Before and after treatment, the two groups were evaluated by the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) for the upper-limb spasticity degree, the Clinical Spasticity Scale (CSS) for lower-limb spasticity degree and the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) for gross motor function. Result The improvements in muscle tension and spasticity in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05). The gross motor function also showed certain improvement, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Thread embedding at Governor Vessel points plus rehabilitation training can markedly improve muscle tension, reduce spasticity and improve gross motor function in spastic cerebral palsy.
