苇管灸配合针刺治疗神经性耳鸣临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较苇管灸配合针刺与常规针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效差异,更好地继承和发挥传统针灸疗法.方法将60例神经性耳鸣患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组脱落1例,对照组脱落2例.治疗组采用苇管灸配合针刺的治疗方法,对照组采用常规针刺治疗.观察两组治疗前后耳鸣严重程度评分、耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)总分及各项评分,并比较两组临床疗效.结果治疗后两组患者耳鸣严重程度评分、THI总分及各项评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组总有效率为86.7%,优于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05).结论苇管灸配合针刺对神经性耳鸣有独特的治疗作用,能减轻耳鸣严重程度,总体疗效优于常规针刺治疗.Objective To compare the efficacy of reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture versus conventional acupuncture in treating nervous tinnitus and better inherit and develop conventional acupuncture-moxibustion therapy. Method Sixty patients with nervous tinnitus were allocated, using a random number table, to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. One patient dropped out in the treatment group and two patients, in the control group. The treatment group received reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture. Tinnitus severity was scored and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) total score and item scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between them after treatment. Result After treatment, the tinnitus severity score and the THI total score and item scores decreased in the two groups of patients compared with before (P<0.05) and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was 86.7% in the treatment group, which was treatment higher than 73.3% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture has a distinctive therapeutic effect on nervous tinnitus. It can reduce tinnitus severity. Its overall therapeutic effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture.
