摘  要:目的:设计一套生物医学科研仪器共享信息系统,解决在科研管理和生物医学研究中生物医学科研仪器共享和生物信息收集利用的两大难题。方法:该系统基于计算机局域网,采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)模式,运用C#编程语言、.NetFramework信息系统框架和Oracle数据库等技术开发,包含仪器全生命周期管理、共享预约管理和系统设置3个功能模块。结果:该系统在仪器共享共用、科研协作和生物信息数据收集等方面均取得了很好的效果,受到广大一线科研人员的好评。结论:该系统优化了科研仪器管理工作,实现了科研管理的现代化、规范化和高效化。Objective To design a set of shared information system for biomedical instruments to solve the problems in the sharing of large-scale scientific instruments and the rapid collection and utilization of first-hand biological information generated by scientific research in medical research institutions. Methods The system was developed with LAN, B/S mode, C# language,.Net Framework information system architecture, Oracle database and etc, which was composed of three function modules for life-cycle instrument management, sharing appointment and system setup. Results The system behaved well in instruments sharing, scientific research collaboration, biomedical information collection and etc, and gained approval from the scientific researchers. Conclusion The system optimizes the management of scientific research instruments, and contributes to modernization, standardization and high efficiency of scientific research management.
