摘  要:目的:解决小型空气压缩机的管道、储气罐内积水过多和压缩空气微生物超标2个问题,提高压缩空气质量。方法:在小型空气压缩机管道及储气罐排水处加装定期排水电磁阀,以便定期排水;采用2层聚四氟乙烯内衬对储气罐内衬进行防腐改造,以降低储气罐内壁锈蚀的风险;将2只过滤精度为0.22 μm的除菌过滤器分别装在储气罐前端和后端,实现双重过滤。参照GB/T 16293—2010《医药工业洁净室(区)浮游菌的测试方法》评价改造前、后小型空气压缩机出气口的压缩空气质量。结果:在同一暴露时间下,与小型空气压缩机改造前的菌落数(83~450 cfu/Ф90 mm平皿)相比,改造后压缩空气中菌落数(2~16 cfu/Ф90 mm平皿)明显降低。解决了小型空气压缩机在管道、储气罐内积水过多,微生物超标的问题,可有效滤除压缩空气中的微生物,提高了压缩空气质量。结论:小型空气压缩机改造后符合消毒供应中心规范要求,可有效降低感染发生率,且改造方法简单、效果显著,值得推广。Objective To improve the quality of compressed air by solving the problems of waterlogged pipeline and microbe overproof of the compact air compressor as well as of the unqualified compressed air. Methods A solenoid valve was installed for the periodical drainage of the pipeline and air tank. Anti-corrosion modification of the air tank lining was realized with two-layer PTEF liner. Two sterilization filters with 0.22 μm filtration were respectively mounted at the front and back of the air tank to execute dual filtration. Before and after modification the compressed air at the outlet of the compressor had its quality compared according to GB/T 16293-2010 Test method for airborne particles in clean room (zone) of the pharmaceutical industry. Results In case of the same exposure time, the compressor had its CFU decreased significantly from (83-450 cfu/Ф90 mm)(before modification) to (2-16 cfu/Ф90 mm)(after modification). The problems of waterlogged pipeline and air tank as well as excess microorganism were solved so that the quality of compressed air was enhanced greatly. Conclusion The modified compressor meets the requirements of CSSD and lowers the incidence of infection, and thus is worthy promoting clinically.
