摘　　要：目的:探讨二八定律在清洗消毒设备管理中的应用,以期有效降低医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒设备的故障量,缩短设备故障的宕机时间。方法:回顾性分析2017年清洗消毒设备的故障数据,应用二八定律找出核心设备故障、关键操作人员和高峰工作时间,制订相应措施并实施。将2017年(改进实施前)和2018年(改进实施后)的设备故障总量和设备故障总宕机时间进行对比,采用SPSS21.0进行秩和检验。结果:2018年的年故障总量下降了47.7%,年故障宕机时间缩短了66.9%,经过秩和检验得到P<0.01,说明改进效果具有统计学意义。结论:应用二八定律能有效地降低清洗消毒设备的故障量及缩短故障宕机时间,保障消毒供应中心清洗消毒工作的顺利开展。Objective To apply Pareto Law to the management of the washer-disinfectors so as to decrease their failure amounts and downtime in the central sterile supply department. Methods The data on the failures of the washer-disinfectors in 2017 were analyzed retrospectively, and Pareto Law was used to determine the core failures, key operator and peak hours, then some measures were prepared and implemented. The failure amounts and total downtime before implementation (2017) were compared with those after implementation (2018), and SPSS 21.0 was used for rank-sum test. Results In 2018 the yearly failure amount decreased by 47.7% and the yearly downtime was shortened by 66.9%. Rank-sum test proved that the value of P was lower than 0.01, which showed that the implementation effectiveness was statistically significant. Conclusion Pareto Law contributes to decreasing the failure amount and downtime of the washer-disinfectors, and facilitates the operation of the central sterile supply department.
