摘 要:为借鉴日本轨道交通不同发展阶段的成功经验,以认清我国城市轨道交通目前所处的发展阶段,并为下一阶段的规划建设提供具有现实指导意义的成功案例,以日本主要大城市轨道交通发展历程为主线,将其分为了起步、快速发展和成熟完善三个阶段,研究分析了不同阶段轨道交通系统建设的特点及其如何适应社会背景、人口经济、城市结构和交通出行需求等因素的变化。经验表明,尽早确立轨道交通在城市交通中的主体地位,构建与功能定位相协调的轨道线网层次,建立与城市结构相协调的轨道线网,以及加强市郊与城市轨道交通的衔接是我国城市轨道交通规划和建设应该关注的重点。In order to learn from the successful experience of different development stages of rail transit in Japan, recognize the current development stage of rail transit in China and provide successful cases for the planning and construction of rail transit in the next stage, the development history of rail transit in Japan's major big cities were taken as the main line, and were divided into three stages: starting stage, rapid development stage and maturity and perfection stage. The characteristics of rail transit system construction at different stages and how to adapt to the changes of social background, population economy, urban structure and traffic demand were studied and analyzed. The experience indicated that establishing the main position of rail transit in urban traffic as soon as possible, constructing rail network hierarchies coordinated with function orientation, establishing the rail network coordinated with urban structure, and strengthening the connection between suburban and urban rail transit are the key points of urban rail transit planning and construction in China.
