摘  要:目的5F-AMB属于合成大麻素类新型精神活性物质,Diclazepam是一种苯二氮类新型策划药,本文首次报道了中国大陆出现的5F-AMB电子烟油和Diclazepam片剂,建立了气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析方法,并阐述其在EI离子源轰击下的分子裂解机理。方法未知样品混合均匀后用甲醇提取,吸取上清液采用气相色谱-质谱检测。结果通过GC-MS分析分别测得两个目标样本中未知组分的质谱特征碎片峰及保留时间信息,经与相关标准物质的质谱图和保留时间比对,最终认定两个目标样本分别含有5F-AMB和Diclazepam成分,并对其在电子轰击源(EI)模式下的碎裂机理进行了详细阐述。结论该方法简单可靠,可用于新精神活性物质5F-AMB和策划药Diclazepam的检验。Objective To develop a GC/MS method for identifying synthetic cannabis 5F-AMB, one new psychoactive substance, and benzodiazepine-categorized diclazepam, said of China’s rst report about these two chemicals, and to describe EI(electron impacting)-induced fragmentation pathways of both 5F-AMB and diclazepam. Methods Both the suspected 5F-AMB-e-liquid and diclazepam substances were fully ground and extracted with methanol, respectively. The extracts were subjected to centrifugation, with the supernatants to be analyzed with GC-MS. Results One unknown component (Rt= 16.323 min) was detected out from the e-liquid, appearing its characteristic fragmental ion peaks at m/z 233.0 (base peak), 145.0, 304.1 and 363.2. Another one unknown component (Rt= 15.883 min) was found from the tablets, turning out its characteristic fragmental ion peaks at m/z 283.0 (base peak), 318.0, 255.1 and 290.0. The two unknown components matched well against the standard reference materials of 5F-AMB and diclazepam with both their retention time and characteristic fragmental ion peaks, respectively. As a result, the drugs in the tested liquid/tablets were identi ed as new psychoactive substance, 5F-AMB, and the designer drug, diclazepam. Moreover, the proposed EI-induced fragmentation pathways of both 5F-AMB and diclazepam were described in detail. Conclusions A robust and reliable method was developed for 5F-AMB and diclazepam to identify with GC-MS, capable of being applied into relevant forensic cases.
