摘 要:生物物证时间关联性涉及生物物证来源个体的年龄和生物物证的形成时间。DNA甲基化是一种重要的表观遗传标记,在个体生长、发育、衰老过程中发挥着重要作用。在人类基因组中存在有大量差异性的甲基化位点,其中一些特定DNA位点的甲基化水平与年龄呈线性相关,而另一些特定DNA甲基化位点还呈现昼夜节律变化,这些研究结果显示DNA甲基化在生物物证时间关联性方面具有潜在的应用价值。本文对常用DNA甲基化检测方法的优缺点做比较分析,并介绍基于DNA甲基化的个体年龄推断和生物物证形成时间的最新研究进展。Time association of biological evidence involves with an estimation of the evidence-concerned individual’s age and depositing duration of the related evidence. DNA methylation, an important epigenetic marker, plays an important role in physical growth, development and aging of one individual. Across the human genome, there are numerous methylated DNA sites, among which some speci c are correlative with aging in linearity and others with circadian rhythms, thus giving suggestion of their potential into the time association of biological evidence. In this paper, several main testing methods of DNA methylation were illustrated and compared, together with an overview of the latest research progress on both the involved individual’s age estimation and depositing time of biological evidence.
