摘　　要：针对矩形掘进机在地面试验场地进行的刀盘切割假煤壁试验,设计研制了一种专用截割试验架,重点介绍了截割试验架的结构特点及技术参数。该试验架结构简单、可靠,通过模拟工况试验,能有效验证截割刀盘设计的合理性。Aiming at the test of cutting false coal wall with cutter head on the ground test site of rectangular roadheader, a special cutting test rack has been designed and developed. The structure characteristics and technical parameters of the cutting test rack have been introduced in detail. The structure of the test rack is simple and reliable, through the simulated working condition test, which can effectively verify the rationality of the cutter head design.
