摘 要:为解决液压支架电液控制系统中电缆连接器因钢丝护套破损,出现内部芯线外漏,导致使连接器在井下无法使用的问题,通过对矿用电缆连接器结构形式进行相关的理论分析和研究,利用切割方法去除钢丝编织橡胶护套两端扣压卡箍,将内部芯线单边剪短,更换破损钢丝编制橡胶护套后对芯线进行修复,实现电缆连接器再制造。通过型式试验可知,修复后的电缆连接器符合井下电缆连接器的技术要求,实现了废品的再利用。In order to solve the problem that the cable connector in the electro-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic support can not be used in the underground because of the leakage of the inner core due to the damage of the steel sheath. Through theoretical analysis and research on the structure form of cable connector for mine use, the clamps at both ends of steel wire braided rubber sheath have been removed by cutting method, the inner core wires have been cut unilaterally, the damaged steel wires have been replaced and the rubber sheath has been made, then the core wires have been repaired, so as to achieve the remanufacturing of cable connector. Through the type test, the repaired cable connector can meet the technical requirements of the underground cable connector and achieve the reuse of waste products.
