摘　　要：根据煤炭行业标准对煤炭行业用减速器的型式试验分析可知,效率试验为必做项目。通过理论分析了减速器效率的影响因素,然后通过减速器加载的各类试验台和减速器加载试验数据分析,得出减速器的效率确实影响了其他各因素。同时得出另一个结论:水冷却的水压必须在一个合理的范围内。According to the experimental analysis of the type of reducer which used in coal industry based on the coal industry standard, it is concluded that the efficiency test is a necessary project. The influencing factors of reducer efficiency have been analyzed theoretically. Then through the data analysis of various test benches and load test data of decelerator, it is concluded that the efficiency of decelerator actually affects other factors. At the same time, another conclusion has been concluded, which is the water pressure of water cooling must be within a reasonable range.
