摘  要:为探讨硫化氢供体硫氢化钠(NaHS)对甲基汞毒性的影响,选取小白鼠为测试动物.对小白鼠以0.5 mg·kg^-1 氯化甲基汞溶液每日灌胃(染毒),1 h后分别再以1 mg·kg^-1 与5 mg·kg^-1 硫氢化钠溶液灌胃,连续实验14 d.测定脑、肝组织汞质量分数并观察组织病理学变化.结果显示,5 mg·kg^-1 硫氢化钠处理组小白鼠肝组织和脑组织汞质量分数较氯化甲基汞染毒组显著降低( p <0.05),且肝、脑组织病理切片病理变化有明显改善,说明硫化氢对甲基汞毒性有改善作用.The mice were selected as test animals to investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide donor sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) on the toxicity of methylmercury.The mice were intragastrically administered (infected) with 0.5 mg·kg^-1 methylmercury chloride daily.One hour after infected,1 mg·kg^-1 and 5 mg·kg^-1 sodium hydrosulfide were administered to the mice.The experiment was continued for 14 d.The mass fraction of mercury in brain and liver tissues was measured and histopathological changes were observed.The results show that the mercury content in the liver tissue and brain tissue of the mice treated with 5 mg·kg^-1 sodium hydrosulfide is significantly lower than that of the methylmercury chloride group ( p <0.05).Moreover,the pathological changes of liver and brain histopathological sections are significantly improved,indicating that hydrogen sulfide has an improved effect on the toxicity of methylmercury.
