摘 要:近年来,钢桥因其材质均匀、质量轻、抗震性好、施工迅速及低污染等优点,已被工程界广泛采用。但中国钢桥面铺装的养护与维修技术较为薄弱,使得许多钢桥面铺装在出现病害后未能及时、有效地养护和维修,影响钢桥面体系的工作状态。以国内首次采用跨长江公路大桥钢桥面铺装建养一体管理模式为例,介绍马鞍山长江公路大桥钢桥面铺装养护现状和养护管理经验,提出一套可行的养护对策,为同类型桥梁钢桥面浇注式沥青混凝土铺装养护技术与管理提供参考。In recent years, steel bridges have been widely used in engineering because of uniform material, light weight, good seismic resistance, rapid construction & low pollution. However, the maintenance & repair technology of steel deck pavement in China is relatively weak, which makes many steel deck pavement fail to maintain & repair in time and effectively after the occurrence of diseases, affecting the working status of the steel deck system. Taking the integrated management mode of steel deck pavement construction & maintenance for the first time in China, this paper introduces the current status & maintenance management experience of steel deck pavement of Ma'anshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge, and puts forward a set of feasible maintenance countermeasures, which can provide reference for the same type of bridge steel deck pouring asphalt concrete pavement maintenance technology & management.
