老年人常见药物不良反应及合理用药的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究老年人常见药物不良反应情况,并总结临床合理用药相关措施。方法方便选择该院所收治及发生药物不良反应的老年患者59例,纳入时间2017年4月—2018年4月,对其不良反应症状表现、用药途径、药物类型情况予以总结,并归纳临床合理用药措施及方法。结果药物不良反应症状表现中皮肤系统、消化系统、呼吸系统发生率较高,分别占比30.51%、22.03%、10.17%。用药途径中静脉用药、口服用药不良反应发生率较高,分别占比40.68%、28.81%。药物类型中抗生素类、消化系统药物不良反应发生率较高,分别占比27.12%、20.34%。结论老年患者发生药物不良反应的比例较高,老年群体蛋白酶分泌量、血容量、代谢功能、联合用药等因素均会造成其药物不良反应,通过对医师及患者两方面予以全面管理,是提升患者临床用药合理性水平的重要方式,保障老年患者的生命安全。Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions in the elderly and to summarize the relevant measures for rational drug use.Methods A total of 59 elderly patients admitted to our hospital and had adverse drug reactions were convenient enrolled.The patients were included in the period from April 2017 to April 2018.The symptoms,drug routes and drug types of the adverse reactions were summarized,and the clinical rational drug use measures and methods was summarized.Results The incidence of adverse reactions to the skin system,digestive system and respiratory system was higher,accounting for 30.51%,22.03%and 10.17%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in intravenous drug use and oral administration was higher in the drug route,accounting for 40.68%and 28.81%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions to antibiotics and digestive system drugs was higher in the drug types,accounting for 27.12%and 20.34%,respectively.Conclusion The proportion of adverse drug reactions in elderly patients is high.The factors such as protease secretion,blood volume,metabolic function and combination therapy in the elderly population will cause adverse drug reactions.Through comprehensive management of both doctors and patients,it is an important way to improve patients'rationalizing the level of clinical medication to ensure the safety of elderly patients.
