去氧孕烯炔雌醇在围绝经期中异常子宫出血中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的通过对围绝经期中异常子宫出血患者实施不同的治疗方法,观察其临床效果,探究其临床特点。方法从来该院诊治的2015年1月—2018年5月的围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中随机抽取80例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组40例:实施醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组40例:实施去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗。比较两组患者的异常子宫出血疗效和干预后各指标。结果观察组患者总有效率为97.5%高于对照组(82.5%)(χ^2=13.746,P<0.05);观察组月经量为(33.64±10.97)mL低于对照组(t=12.784,P<0.05),血红蛋白水平为(115.75±0.34)g/L低于对照组(t=11.235,P<0.05),月经周期为(27.35±0.36)d大于对照组(t=12.059,P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度为(3.13±0.46)mm低于对照组(t=11.462,P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇可有效提高患者异常子宫出血疗效,降低月经量、子宫内膜厚度,提高血红蛋白水平,改善月经周期并恢复正常规律,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of different treatments for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period and to explore its clinical features.Methods A total of 80 patients with peri-menopausal abnormal uterine bleeding who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group by randomized digital method:40 patients were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate as the control group.40 cases:treatment with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol as the observation group.The efficacy of abnormal uterine bleeding and the indicators after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%higher than that of the control group(82.5%)(χ^2=13.746,P<0.05).The menstrual volume of the observation group was(33.64±10.97)mL lower than the control group(t=12.784,P<0.05).The hemoglobin level was(115.75±0.34)g/L lower than the control group(t=11.235,P<0.05),the menstrual cycle was(27.35±0.36)d,which was greater than the control group(t=12.059,P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness was(3.13±0.46)mm was lower than the control group(t=11.462,P<0.05).Conclusion Deoxygestrel ethinyl estradiol can effectively improve the efficacy of abnormal uterine bleeding,reduce menstrual flow,endometrial thickness,increase hemoglobin level,improve menstrual cycle and restore normal law.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
