摘  要:由于一些老旧仪器设备性能和技术指标还基本良好,仍然具有非常大的使用价值,但毕竟一些部件使用率极高,损坏程度大,即便是更换配件原厂价格也非常高,而且费时费工极易损坏原电路板.本文主要介绍利用微型继电器解决JSM-35C型扫描电子显微镜中放大系统琴键开关因长时间高频率使用产生接触不良和电阻导致图像不能稳定的问题,从而保证了原仪器设备电路的完整,既省时省工,又节约了资金.Some of the old instruments with basically goodperformance and technical indicators, can still be in service for a long time. However, the more frequently used parts are easier to worn out. It is not always practical to replace the OEM parts, due to the financial cost, time consuming and the potential further damage to the motherboard. This paper focused on the use of micro-relays to resolve the unstable image issue from JSM-35 scanning electron microscope, due to the resistor performance degradation caused by the high usage of its key switch. This resolution maintained the integrity of the original motherboard, while keeping the overall cost and time effort minimum.
