手卫生质量改进方案在本院医务人员手卫生质量监测中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手卫生质量改进方案在本院医务人员手卫生质量监测中的应用效果。方法:将2016年1-12月本院未实施手卫生质量改进方案前设为对照组,将2017年1-12月本院实施手卫生质量改进方案后作为研究组,对本院医务人员手卫生的依从性、正确率、卫生知识知晓率、临床医务人员手卫生执行情况及外科洗手监测总体情况进行比较。结果:研究组医务人员手卫生的依从性、正确率、卫生知识知晓率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组临床医务人员手卫生执行情况明显低于研究组(P<0.05);研究组外科洗手监测总体情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对本院医务人员实施手卫生质量改进方案可有效提高医务人员对手卫生知识的知晓率、正确率及依从性,改善临床医务人员手卫生执行情况,使医务人员洗手监测总体情况得到提高,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of hand hygiene quality improvement program in hand hygiene quality monitoring of medical staff in our hospital.Method:The control group was set before the implementation of hand hygiene quality improvement program in our hospital from January to December 2016,and the research group was set after the implementation of hand hygiene quality improvement program in our hospital from January to December 2017.The compliance,accuracy,awareness rate of health knowledge,hand hygiene performance of clinical medical staff and the overall situation of hand washing surveillance in our hospital were compared.Result:The compliance,accuracy and awareness of hand hygiene knowledge of medical staff in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hand hygiene performance of clinical medical staff in the control group was significantly lower than that in the research group(P<0.05).The overall situation of hand washing monitoring in the research group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing hand hygiene quality improvement program for medical staff in our hospital can effectively improve the awareness,accuracy and compliance of hand hygiene knowledge among medical staff,improve the implementation of hand hygiene among clinical medical staff,improve the overall situation of hand washing monitoring among medical staff,and it is worth of popularizing and applying.
