综合降噪管理在儿科门诊的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:调查儿科门诊噪音污染的来源,观察采用综合降噪护理管理的效果。方法:随机选取2017年6月至2018年1月在我院儿科门诊就诊的患儿及家长800例作为研究对象,以2017年9至10月采取综合降噪改造为时间划分点将其分为2组,各400例,比较实施前后噪音对患儿及家长的影响。结果:儿科门诊综合降噪护理管理实施后儿科门诊噪声强度最大与最小声级、平均中值均较实施前有了明显的下降;患儿及家长满意度较实施前明显增高,不良就医感受明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:儿科门诊采取综合降噪护理管理能够降低噪声污染,增加患儿及家长满意度。Objective: To investigate the source of noise pollution in pediatric outpatient clinic and observe the effect of comprehensive nose reduction nursing management. Methods:A total of 800 children and their parents in pediatric outpatient clinic in our hospital from Jun 2017 to Jan 2018 were enrolled. Taking the comprehensive noise reduction management from Sep 2017 to Oct 2017 as the time division point, they are divided into two groups and 400 cases in each group.The influence of noise before and after comprehensive noise reduction management on children and parents was compared. Results: After the implementation of comprehensive noise reduction management in pediatric outpatient clinics, the maximum and minimum noise levels and average median values were significantly lower than before implementation.The satisfaction of children and parents was significantly higher after implementation than before implementation.Bad medical experience decreased significantly. There were significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion: At the pediatric clinic,comprehensive noise reduction management can reduce noise pollution and increase the satisfaction of children and parents.
