耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的效果

摘　　要：目的:对耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的临床效果进行分析。方法:入选此次研究104例慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者均为2016年5月-2018年5月期间收治,入组后根据随机分组的形式将其分为两组,每组52例,对照组予西药常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上予耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗,对其治疗效果进行分析。结果:①治疗前两组患者心功能变化并无差异(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组患者心功能变化优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者心功能变化均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。②治疗组患者治疗总有效率(96.88%)比对照组(81.25%)高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗前两组患者中医证候积分没有差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组患者中医证候积分优于对照组患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的临床效果较为理想,同时改善了心功能变化,值得在临床推广使用。Objective: To analyze efficacy of ear acupoints pressed beans plus external application with Zhuangshenling (壮肾灵) on acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. Methods: From May 2016 to May 2018, 104 cases were divided into 2 groups, 52 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the treatment group was given ear acupoints pressed beans plus external application with Zhuangshenling more. Results: After treatment, the cardiac function in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The changes of cardiac function in both groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05). The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.88%, higher than 81.25% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ear acupoints pressed beans plus external application with Zhuangshenling on acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure shows a good effect, by improving heart function changes, and is worthy of promotion.
