活血化瘀方治疗冠状动脉粥样化性心脏病心绞痛的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究活血化瘀方治疗冠状动脉粥样化性心脏病心绞痛(简称"冠心病心绞痛")的效果。方法:筛选我院在2014年6月-2017年8月确诊为冠心病心绞痛的106例患者作为本文研究对象,运用随机数表法分为观察组53例,治疗方法为活血化瘀方;对照组53例,治疗方法为口服西药,对两组患者治疗效果,心绞痛发作次数,持续时间及心肌缺血总负荷及血液流变学指标进行比较。结果:经过一个月治疗后观察组患者总有效率高达98.11%,对照组患者总有效率为84.91%,比较后两组差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者在心绞痛次数、持续时间以及心肌缺血总负荷方面的数值低于对照组,并且经检验P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;观察组血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率各项血液流变学指标均明显优于对照组,经检验P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论:活血化瘀方法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果比较显著,患者心绞痛发作次数和持续时间均明显减少,具有一定的推广价值。Objective: To study the effect of the Huoxue Huayu prescription on angina pectoris of CHD. Methods: 106 patients were divided into two groups, 53 cases in each. The observation group was given the Huoxue Huayu prescription;the control group was treated with western medicine. The efficacy, the number and duration of angina attacks and total myocardial ischemia load and hemorheology indexes were compared. Results: After one month of treatment, the total efficiency was 98.11% in the observation group, and 84.91% in the control group, P<0.05. The number and duration of angina pectoris and total myocardial ischemia load in the observation group were lower than the control group, P<0.05. The blood rheology indexes of plasma specific viscosity, fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were obvious better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Huoxue Huayu prescription on angina pectoris of CHD shows a significant effect, can reduce the number and duration of angina pectoris, is certain promotion value.
