知柏地黄丸联合甲硝唑片治疗阴虚夹湿证老年性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察知柏地黄丸联合甲硝唑片治疗阴虚夹湿证老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年12月期间我院收治的老年性阴道炎患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予甲硝唑片治疗,试验组给予知柏地黄丸联合甲硝唑片治疗,对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组(82.50%),试验组治疗后阴道炎症状评分、阴道黏膜和清洁度评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸联合甲硝唑片可明显改善阴虚夹湿证老年性阴道炎临床症状、阴道黏膜和清洁度,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhibai Dihuang Wan (知柏地黄丸) with metronidazole on senile vaginitis with the Yinxu Jiashi syndrome (阴虚夹湿证). Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with metronidazole, and the experimental group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Wan more. Results: The total efficiency in the experimental group was 97.5%, was significantly higher than 82.50% in the control group.The vaginal symptoms score, vaginal mucosa and cleanliness scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhibai Dihuang Wan with metronidazole can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, vaginal mucosa and cleanliness, with good efficiency, is worthy of clinical promotion.
