穴位贴敷配合护理治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷配合护理治疗对于支气管哮喘缓解期患者具有的效果。方法:将2017年2月-2018年6月期间84例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机平均划分为实验组与对照组。对照组进行常规治疗与护理,实验组在对照组基础上进行穴位贴敷配合护理治疗。对患者临床症状的改善以及疗效进行记录与对比分析。结果:经过治疗后患者包括咳嗽次数与哮喘发作次数以及肺功能状况[呼气流量峰值(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)与一秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV1)]等相关临床症状均得到一定程度改善,与治疗前两组患者相应的数据结果相比,实验组整体改善效果较对照组更优(P<0.05)。在临床疗效方面,实验组为97.6%,对照组为85.7%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:支气管哮喘缓解期患者应用穴位贴敷配合护理治疗的方案,临床症状改善较好且疗效优良,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective: To explore the effect of acupoint application with nursing treatment on bronchial asthma in remission. Methods: 84 patients with bronchial asthma in remission period from February 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing, while the experimental group received acupoint application with nursing more. Results: After treatment, clinical symptoms, including cough times, asthma attacks and pulmonary function status(PEF and FEV1), were improved to a certain extent. The overall improving effects in the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Clinical efficacy in the experimental group was 97.6%, and 85.7% in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Acupoint application with nursing on bronchial asthma during the remission period can improve clinical symptoms and shows good effects.
