自拟接骨续筋汤、熏洗联合手术治疗胫骨平台骨折40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药口服、熏洗联合手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:80例分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组行手术治疗,观察组以口服自拟接骨续筋汤、熏洗联合手术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药口服、熏洗联合手术治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效显著,可有效促进骨折愈合。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM medicine, fumigation plus operation on fractures of tibial plateau. Methods: 80 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by operation. The observation group was treated with TCM medicine plus fumigation. Results: The fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05). The visual analogue scale score was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine, fumigation plus operation on tibial plateau fractures was effective, by promoting fracture healing.
