PPH联合消痔灵治疗冠脉支架植入术后患者内痔出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids, PPH)联合消痔灵治疗冠脉支架植入术后患者内痔出血的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月-2018年2月我院收治的冠脉支架植入术后内痔出血患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组予以PPH治疗,观察组在此基础上联合消痔灵治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。观察组便血、肛门疼痛、肛门瘙痒、肛门水肿消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的血栓素B2(Thromboxane B2,TXB2)水平显著高于对照组,人6酮前列腺素F1a(6-ketoPGF1a)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PPH联合消痔灵治疗内痔出血的疗效良好,可有效改善临床症状,值得推荐。Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of PPH plus Xiaozhiling(消痔灵) on hemorrhage of internal hemorrhoids in patients after coronary stent implantation. Methods: 80 cases were divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each. The control group was given PPH;and the observation group was given Xiaozhiling more. Efficiency in two groups were compared after treatment. Results: The total efficiency was 100.0% in the observation group, higher than 87.5% in the control group, P<0.05. The disappearance time of blood in the stool, anal pain, anal itching and anal edema of the observation group was shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of TXB2 in the observation group was significantly higher, and the level of 6-keto-PGF1 a was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: PPH plus Xiaozhiling on hemorrhage of internal hemorrhoids in patients after coronary stent implantation show good effects, can improve clinical symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.
