摘　　要：对清代王堉《醉花窗医案》所收录的妇科医案诊疗特点分析总结,认为其特点有三:一是诊脉精确,常根据脉象论病处方,尤其重视右关脉,二是辨证论治,四诊合参,不盲从他医。三是善用成方。综合以上特点,才能在妇科临床中取效。This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of gynecological medical cases in Medical Records of Zuihuachuang written by Wang Yu who lived in Qing dynasty. It is believed that there are three characteristics: one is the accurate diagnosis of the pulse, making prescriptions according to the pulse theory, paying more attention to the right Guan pulse;the second is syndrome differentiation and treatment, comprehensive analysis by the four examination methods and not following other doctors’ experience blindly;the third is to make good use of the prescription. Only by synthesizing the above characteristics, can it be effective in gynecological clinic.
