肾脏预防在治疗小儿过敏性紫癜中重要性的中医分析

摘　　要：过敏性紫癜是以血液溢于皮肤、黏膜下,出现瘀点、瘀斑、压之不褪色为临床表现的小儿时期常见的出血性疾病。笔者于临床工作中,运用中医脏腑理论方法观察治疗小儿过敏性紫癜,通过对过敏性紫癜的病因病机理论、中医五脏关系理论,过敏性紫癜的治疗等方面的分析,认为"肾脏的防护宜贯穿于小儿过敏性紫癜治疗的整个过程中,肾脏功能的正常与否对儿童过敏性紫癜的治疗、恢复等起着重要性作用。"Allergic purpura is the blood overflow in the skin and mucous membrane and it is a common hemorrhagic disease in children with clinical manifestations of stagnation, stasis, and pressure fading. The author applies TCM viscera theory in the clinical work and carries out a study on the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children, through the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, theory of viscera relationship of TCM, analysis of the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, it is suggested that "the protection of kidney should be applied throughout the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children, the normal kidney function plays an important role in the treatment and recovery of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children."
