摘　　要：目的:观察针刀镜配合分筋恢刺法治疗急性痛风性膝关节炎的疗效。方法:选取我院针康科2015年9月-2017年12月的诊治的急性痛风性膝关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组(针刀镜配合分筋恢刺法)及对照组(分筋恢刺法),每组各30例。比较治疗后两组患者1个疗程后膝关节疼痛、关节活动度改善情况及有效率。结果:1个疗程后试验组膝关节疼痛、关节活动度改善情况及有效率均要优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:针刀镜配合分筋恢刺法可以缓解痛风性膝关节炎的疼痛症状,改善关节活动度,安全有效,值得临床应用和推广。Objective: To observe the effect of needle endoscope therapy combined with Fenjin Huici Method(分筋恢刺法)on acute gout knee arthritis pain and range of motion. Methods: Patients with acute knee gout arthritis diagnosed and treated in our department from September 2015 to December 2017 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into the experiment(Needle endoscope therapy combined with Fenjin Huici Method) and the control group(Fenjin Huici Method)(分筋恢刺法), with 30 cases in each group. After the treatment, the knee pain, the improvement of joint mobility and the effective rate after one course of treatment of two groups of patients were compared. Results: After one course of treatment, knee joint pain, improvement of joint mobility, and e?ciency in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Needle endoscope therapy combined with Fenjin Huici method(分筋恢刺法) could relieve the pain symptoms of gouty arthritis and improve the range of motion. It was safe and effective, and was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
