摘　　要：目的:探讨阳和汤对三阴性乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月于我院行AC→T方案化疗的乳腺癌患者60例,随机分观察组与对照组,各30例,观察组患者在化疗过程中加用阳和汤口服治疗,对照组仅行常规化疗,对比两组患者治疗前后Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)变化及两组患者不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后患者生存质量显著优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者化疗不良反应发生率及程度显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:阳和汤可有效降低三阴性乳腺癌化疗患者化疗期间的不良反应,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤) on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods:Sixty patients with breast cancer who were treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2016 to January2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group added yang during chemotherapy. Oral administration of the soup, the control group only routine chemotherapy, comparing the body mass and Karnofsky functional status score(KPS) changes before and after treatment, compared the incidence of toxic side effects in the two groups.Results:The patients’ Quality of Life the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of chemotherapy side effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤) can effectively reduce the side effects of breast cancer chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.
