摘 要:以锌浸渣为研究对象,针对硫化锌精矿还原浸出与SO2还原浸出工艺开展了实验研究并分析了两种工艺的特点。在还原浸出过程中随着铁酸锌的不断溶解,大量的Fe^3+进入溶液导致溶液电位升高,抑制了铁酸锌的分解。通过还原浸出的方法能够有效缓解溶液中高电位对铁酸锌分解的影响,从而提高金属浸出率。从元素的浸出行为、还原浸出液成分、还原浸出渣成分、还原浸出渣的处理四个方面对两种工艺进行了分析。结果表明,两种工艺能够有效的将溶液中Fe^3+还原为Fe^2+,促进铁酸锌的溶解,提高有价金属的浸出率,并有利于后续工艺的锌铁分离,能够达到浸渣的无害化处理和资源化利用。二者相比,SO2还原工艺更可取。Taking zinc leached residue as the research object,the experimental study was carried out on the reductive leaching of zinc ferrite with SO2 and zinc sulfide concentrate as reducing agent,and the characteristics of the two processes were analyzed.With the continuous dissolution of zinc ferrite in the leaching process,a large amount of Fe 3+ enters the solution,which leads to the increase of solution potential and inhibits the decomposition of zinc ferrite.The method of reductive leaching can effectively alleviate the effect of high potential in solution on the decomposition of zinc ferrite and improve the metal leaching rate.The two processes were analyzed from four aspects:leaching behavior of elements,composition of reductive leaching solution,composition of reductive leaching residue,and treatment of reductive leaching residue.The results show that the two processes can effectively reduce Fe ^3+ into Fe^2+ in solution to promote the dissolution of zinc ferrite,improve the leaching rate of valuable metals,and facilitate the separation of zinc and iron in the subsequent processes.It can achieve the harmless treatment and the resource utilization of leached leaching residue.Compared with the two,SO 2 reduction process is more preferable.
