摘　　要：本文基于校企联盟下民办高校土木类人才培养模式进行研究,对于切实加大校企合作深度,达到理论和实际相融合,知识与技能相融合,为企业培养面向生产一线的应用型人才具有重要意义,其研究成果可为其他院校的校企联盟、协同育人提供参考价值。This paper mainly studies the personnel training mode in private colleges and universities under the school-enterprise alliance.It is great significance to improve the depth of school-enterprise cooperation,achieve the integration of theory and practice,knowledge and skills,and cultivate applied talents oriented to the front line of production for enterprises.This results can provide reference value for the school-enterprise alliance and cooperative education of other schools.
