摘　　要：首先阐述了培养数学背景的高质量的交叉学科生物信息学研究生的意义;然后从招生、导师(组)设定及跨学科素质提高、课程设置与知识整合、教材建设和教学方式与手段等方面,提出保障基于数学背景的生物信息学专业研究生培养质量运行机制和策略。First,it expounds the significance of cultivating high-quality interdisciplinary bioinformatics graduate students with a mathematical background.Then,the mechanism and strategy are put forward to ensure the quality operation of graduate students in bioinformatics majors based on mathematical background from the aspects of enrollment,tutor (group) setting and interdisciplinary quality improvement,curriculum setting,knowledge integration, textbook construction,teaching methods and means,etc.
