摘　　要：目的分析加强消毒供应中心的质量管理对预防医院感染的效果。方法选择该院自2016年1月-2018年2月期间在消毒供应中心的医护人员26名,对其进行回顾性分析,根据管理方法的不同将其划分为对照组与观察组,对照组使用常规管理方法,观察组在对照组方法的基础上进行质量管理,对比两组医护人员管理期间医院感染事件的发生情况。结果两组医护人员在不同管理方法的干预下可知,观察组工作质量评分与器械合格率明显高于对照组,且观察组医院感染率明显低于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心应用质量管理,能够有效预防医院感染,提高消毒供应中心的工作质量,值得广泛推广。Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the quality management of disinfection supply center on preventing hospital infection. Methods Twenty-six patients in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected for retrospective analysis. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods. Using the conventional management method, the observation group conducted quality management on the basis of the control method, and compared the occurrence of nosocomial infections during the management of the two groups of medical personnel. Results Under the intervention of different management methods, the two groups of medical staff were aware that the work quality score and the device pass rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the hospital infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality management in the disinfection supply center can effectively prevent nosocomial infections and improve the quality of the work of the disinfection supply center, which is worthy of widespread promotion.
