摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病是指妊娠期首次发生或首次识别的程度不同的葡萄糖不耐受,是一种内分泌代谢疾病。妊娠期多种因素影响下存在生理性的胰岛素抵抗进而诱发糖尿病。除胰岛素抵抗外妊娠期糖尿病还可能与氧化应激反应、遗传易感性、慢性炎症以及代谢紊乱等因素相关。既往妊娠期糖尿病未获得足够重视,随着我国膳食结构的不断变化,妊娠期糖尿病的发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势,其引起了临床和学术界的足够关注。妊娠期糖尿病会严重影响母婴安全,增加了流产、产后大出血以及胎儿低血糖等发生率。以往为了改善母、婴结局,医务人员通常会将孕妇血糖尽量控制在正常范围,事实上妊娠期糖尿病患者除糖代谢异常外,还存在脂代谢等异常。所以为了胎儿正常生长发育及母婴的远期健康,在临床工作中应该尽早监测血脂,改善脂代谢紊乱,预防GDM及其并发症的发生。Gestational diabetes refers to glucose intolerance with different degrees of first occurrence or first recognition during pregnancy,which is an endocrine metabolic disease.Under the influence of many factors during pregnancy,there is physiological insulin resistance and then diabetes is induced.In addition to insulin resistance,gestational diabetes may also be related to oxidative stress,genetic susceptibility,chronic inflammation and metabolic disorders.In the past,gestational diabetes did not get enough attention.With the continuous change of diet structure in China,the incidence of gestational diabetes showed a gradual upward trend,which attracted enough attention from clinical and academic circles.Gestational diabetes will seriously affect the safety of mothers and infants,increasing the incidence of miscarriage,postpartum hemorrhage and fetal hypoglycemia.In the past,in order to improve the outcome of mothers and infants,medical staff usually kept the blood sugar of pregnant women within the normal range as far as possible.In fact,besides abnormal glucose metabolism,gestational diabetes patients also had abnormal lipid metabolism.Therefore,in order to ensure the normal growth and development of the fetus and the long-term health of the mother and infant,blood lipid should be monitored as soon as possible in clinical work,lipid metabolism disorder should be improved,and GDM and its complications should be prevented.
