三伏天“热敏灸”治疗老年慢性支气管炎的效果及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析研讨三伏天"热敏灸"治疗老年慢性支气管炎的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:随机从本院2016年4月-2018年11月收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者中选取80例,按照治疗方式不同分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组接受三伏天"热敏灸"治疗,对照组接受三伏天天灸疗法治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果与生活质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、气促情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各项生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性支气管炎接受三伏天"热敏灸"治疗,疗效明显,改善其生活质量的作用更突出。Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of"Thermal Moxibustion"in dog days in treatment of elderly with chronic bronchitis and its influence of the quality of life.Method:80 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from April 2016 to November 2018 were randomly selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with"Thermal Moxibustion"in dog days,while the control group was treated with medicinal vesiculation therapy in dog days.The treatment effect and quality of life of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(65.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom of cough,sputum and shortness of breath in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in all the life quality scores between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all the life quality scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Thermal Moxibustion"in dog days in treatment of elderly with chronic bronchitis,the clinical effects are significative and the effect of improving their quality of life is more prominent.
