氨压缩机干气密封漏油原因分析及对策

摘　　要：云南云天化股份有限公司26万t/a甲醇装置K28001氨压机高压缸、低压缸的一级密封泄漏气含较多的润滑油,给装置安全稳定运行带来隐患。结合机组干气密封的结构、密封气的压力变化,对该压缩机干气密封的一级密封泄漏气排出润滑油的原因进行详细分析,提出相应的对策。The leakage gas of the first-price sealed in high pressure cylinder and low pressure cylinder of K28001 ammonia compressor in 260 kt/a methyl alcohol plant in Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.,Ltd.containing more lubricant brings the hidden danger of safe and stable operation of plant.Combined with the structure of dry gas seal,the changes of seal gas pressure,and the reasons of seal leakage gas discharge lubricant in first-price sealed of dry gas seal of ammonia compressor are analyzed in detail,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
