黄芪建中汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析和探究临床上采用黄芪建中汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:随机选取2015年6月~2017年6月在我院就诊的148例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将研究对象分为常规组和试验组,每组74例。常规组采用西药治疗,试验组的治疗方案为黄芪建中汤。比较并分析两组治疗效果、Hp转阴状况和胃溃疡的复发率。结果:两组结束治疗后进行比较,试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的Hp转阴状况稍优于常规组,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);此外,试验组的复发率也明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡,能够消除Hp,减少疾病的复发,治疗效果明显。Objective: To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of helicobacter pylori (Hp)positive gastric ulcer. Methods: Randomly selected 148 cases of gastric ulcer patients in our hospital in June -2017 June 2015 as the research object, according to the random number table method, the subjects were divided into the routine group and the test group, each group was equal, all were 74 cases. The patients in the conventional group were treated with western medicine, and the treatment group in the experimental group was Huangqi Jianzhong decoction. The therapeutic effect, Hp negative condition and recurrence rate of gastric ulcer were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: After the two groups were compared, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ). The Hp conversion of the treatment group was slightly better than that of the conventional group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);in addition, the recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huangqi jianzhong decoction is effective in treating Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer, which can eliminate Hp and reduce recurrence.
