摘　　要：敦煌遗书载有活血化瘀,行气止痛,散结通脉之功的活血化瘀方,其组方简单,配伍精练,便于加减。在临床上灵活加减并联合西药辨治原发性痛经有独特疗效,效捷实用,常获痊愈,具有宝贵的临床医学应用价值。Dunhuang prescription contain a recipe for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting Qi circulation and relieving pain,dispersing stagnation and dredging meridians.The recipe is simple,concise and easy to add and subtract.Flexible clinical addition and subtraction combined with western medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has unique curative effect,quick and practical effect,often recovered,and has valuable clinical application value.
