摘  要:目的:通过观察不同浓度艾烟环境下大鼠心肌病理、钙蛋白及脑内多巴胺和5-羟色胺的变化,研究艾烟对大鼠心、脑的影响,为进一步探索艾烟对人体的影响提供实验基础。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、低浓度艾烟组和高浓度艾烟组,每组20只。高、低浓度组每天艾烟熏8h,持续100d,正常对照组不处理。检测心电图,观察心肌和脑组织病理,同时ELISA法测血清、心肌肌钙蛋白I和大脑多巴胺、5-羟色胺的含量。结果:与正常组相比,高浓度艾烟组和低浓度艾烟组的心电图和心率未见异常,无统计学差异(P>0.05);心脏病理结构也无改变。与正常组比,高浓度艾烟组和低浓度艾烟组的肌钙蛋白I变化不明显,无统计学差异(P>0.05);高浓度艾烟组和低浓度艾烟组两两比较,结果也无差异性(P>0.05)。与正常组比,低浓度组和高浓度组的多巴胺和五羟色胺有增加趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);高浓度艾烟组与低浓度艾烟组两两相比也无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:一定浓度范围内的艾烟不会引起大鼠心肌的微小损伤,对大鼠心功能也无影响。一定浓度范围内的艾烟对大鼠脑组织无病理损伤。不同浓度艾烟环境可以促进大脑内单胺类神经递质DA释放,但组间差异性不明显。Objective:By observing the changes of myocardial pathology,calpain and dopamine and serotonin in rats under different concentrations of smog,the effects of smog on the heart and brain of rats were studied,which provided an experimental basis for further exploration of the effects of smog on human body.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,low concentration Moxa smoke group and high concentration Moxa smoke group,with 20 rats in each group.The high and low concentration groups smoked for 8 hours every day for 100 days,and the normal control group did not.The electrocardiogram was examined to observe the pathology of myocardium and brain tissue.The serum,cardiac troponin Ⅰ and brain dopamine and serotonin were measured by ELISA.Results:Compared with the normal group,the ECG and heart rate of the high-concentration Aiyan group and the low-concentration Moxa smoke group were not abnormal,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).There was no change in the pathological structure of the heart.Compared with the normal group,the changes of troponin Ⅰ in the high-concentration Moxa smoke group and the low-concentration Moxa smoke group were not significant,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no difference in the results between the high-concentration Moxa smoke group and the lowconcentration Moxa smoke group(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,the dopamine and serotonin in the low concentration group and the high concentration group showed an increasing trend,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no difference between the high-concentration Moxa smoke group and the low-concentration Moxa smoke group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxa smoke in a certain concentration range does not cause micro-damage of rat myocardium,and has no effect on cardiac function in rats.Moxa smoke within a certain concentration range has no pathological damage to rat brain tissue.Different concentrations of smog environment can promote the release of monoamine neurotransmi
