温阳通脉颗粒治疗脾肾阳虚型血管性帕金森综合征

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳通脉颗粒联合西药治疗脾肾阳虚型血管性帕金森综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合标准的血管性帕金森综合征患者46例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各23例;对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用温阳通脉颗粒。比较2组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后帕金森病症状评分量表(UPDRS)、中医症候积分评分变化。采用SPSS18.0软件进行数据处理。根据不同数据类型,组间比较分别采用t检验或χ^2检验。结果:观察组总有效率(91.30%)高于对照组(82.61%),(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组UPDRS评分(35.52±10.98)低于对照组(44.83±2.59),P=0.001(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组中医证候积分(16.87±2.97)低于对照组(19.87±3.05),P=0.002(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通脉颗粒治疗脾肾阳虚型血管性帕金森综合征有较好的临床疗效,无不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Tongmai Granules combined with western medicine in the treatment of vascular Parkinson’ s syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Methods:46 patients with neuro-vaseular Parkinson’s syndrome in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table:control group and observation group,23 cases in each group;The control group receivecd routine treatment.The observation group receivecd Wenyang Tongmai granules on the basis of the control group.The changes of Parkinson’s disease symptom score sciale(UPDRS)and TCM symptom scores were compared before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Data processing was performed using SPSS 18.0 software.According to different data types,the t test or the χ^2 test were used for comparison between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(91.30%)was higher than that of the control group(82.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the UPDRS score of the observation group(35.52 ± 10.98)was lower than that of the control group(44.83 ± 2.59)(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score(16.87 ± 2.97)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(19.87 ± 3.05)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Tongmai granule has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type vascular Parkinson’s syndrome with no adverse reactions.
