摘　　要：目的:观察以风府、哑门为主针刺治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例老年性痴呆的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用以风府、哑门为主穴针刺法进行治疗,对照组采用传统针刺法进行治疗,治疗4周后,比较2组患者治疗前后的简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)的评分。结果:2组治疗后较治疗前MMSE评分升高,ADL评分降低,且治疗组较对照组明显,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论:以风府、哑门为主针刺治疗老年性痴呆确有疗效且优于传统针刺法。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of senile dementia with Fengfu and Yamen.Methods:60 patients with senile dementia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the main points of Fengfu and Yamen,and the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.After 4 weeks of treatment,the simple mental state examination scale(MMSE)and daily routine before and after treatment were compared.The rating of the Living Capacity Scale(ADL).Results:After treatment,the MMSE scores were higher and the ADL scores were lower after treatment,and the treatment group was more obvious than the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conolusion:The treatment of senile dementia with Fengfu and Yamen acupuncture is effective and superior to traditional acupuncture.
