摘　　要：针对形状较复杂的镀锌铁皮防潮盖,通过简化制件制造生产工序,设计了一副钻模和一副折弯模,实现以简单的模具和充分利用公司现有设备,成功解决了镀锌铁皮防潮盖加工的难题,加工出的制件符合图纸要求。不但保证了制件质量,提高了生产效率,而且降低了生产成本,并为其它类似制件的加工提供了成功经验。In this paper,the shape of complex galvanized iron sheet parts,by simplifying parts manufacturing process, a set of drilling die and a set of bending dies are designed, to achieve a simple die and make full use of the companyzs existing equipment,successfully solved the problem of galvanized iron parts processing.The processed workpieces match the design and the product quality is also guaranteed. By promoting these innovations widely, the improvement in production efficiency and the reduction in production cost can be expected, which can also provide successful experience to the production of similar workpieces.
