摘 要:目的建立地参搽剂的质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法对地参搽剂中的苦参、三七和血竭进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定搽剂中梓醇的含量;用GC法测定搽剂中乙醇的浓度。结果TLC鉴别的斑点清晰;梓醇含量测定的线性范围为12.23~611.4μg·mL^-1,平均加样回收率为96.27%,RSD=1.26%(n=6);乙醇含量检测的线性范围为0.1%~1.0%,平均加样回收率为102.9%,RSD=0.70%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便,稳定性、重复性均较好,可用于地参搽剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a quality control method for Dishen liniment. METHODS Sophorae flavescentis Radix,Notoginseng Radix et Rhizome and Draconis sanguis were qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of catalpol was determined by HPLC and the concentration of ethanol was determined by GC. RESULTS The TLC spots were clear. The catalpol showed good linear relationship at the range of 12. 23 -611.4μg·mL^-1. The average recovery of catalpol was 96. 27% with the RSD of 1.26%( n = 6). The ethanol showed good linear relationship at the range of 0. 1%- 1.0%. The average recovery of ethanol was 102. 9% with the RSD of 0. 70%(n = 6). CONCLUSION The optimized quality control methods are simple, stable and repeatable, and they can be used for the quality control of Dishen liniment.
