摘  要:近年来,装配式建筑在我国得到了的广泛的关注,如何对混凝土预制构件生产车间的各种工作区域进行合理布置,是提升预制构件生产效率需解决的关键问题之一。本文结合预制构件生产车间的布置特点,通过建立相应的优化函数,并采用遗传算法对优化函数进行求解,得到了更为合理的车间布置方案。分析结果表明,合理的车间布置方案对提高生产效率,降低生产成本有着很大的帮助。In recent years,assembled buildings have received extensive attention in China. How to properly arrange various working areas of concrete precast components in the production workshops is one of the key issues to be solved in improving the production efficiency of concrete precast components. In this paper,combining with the layout characteristics of the production workshop,the corresponding optimization function is established and solved by genetic algorithm to obtain a more reasonable workshop layout scheme. The analysis results show that a reasonable workshop layout scheme is of great help to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
