摘 要:研究员工行为具有认知与技能双相学习效应下的生产-库存优化问题。构建了认知与技能双相学习效应下的生产-库存模型。建立了无学习效应情形、Wright学习情形及认知与技能学习情形下的成本函数。分析了生产周期、认知学习系数、技能学习系数、初始认知技能系数变化对集成生产-库存系统最优成本的影响。结果表明,学习效应下的平均生产率要远大于无学习效应下的生产率;当生产趋于稳定时,不论是是技能学习系数的增大还是认知学习系数的增大均会导致总成本快速下降后趋于稳定;初始认知技能系数的增大使得两类学习情形下的总成本变化趋势呈现双曲线特征。本研究给管理者带来的重要启示是,员工的知识在早期的学习阶段对降低成本发挥重要作用,需要采取人性化管理措施减少员工的离职;相比于对生产技术人员的技能学习培训,更要重视对认知学习的培训。This paper studies the optimal strategies of production-inventory under cognitive learning and motor learning. To overcome the limitations of the Wright learning curve in the era of customized products. Based on cognitive learning and motor learning, we construct the production-inventory model. At the same time,cost functions of the whole the model are established under no learning, Wright's learning, cognitive learning and motor learning circumstances. The influence of cognitive learning coefficient and motor learning coefficient on the optimal strategy of the integrated productioninventory system is analyzed. Through comparative analysis, the main conclusions are that, the cost function is a convex function of the availability of the supply, the average productivity of learning effect is much higher than that of the non-learning effect, and the total cost under cognitive and motor learning is lower than that of Wright's learning case. When production tends to be stable, the increase of cognitive learning coefficient and motor learning coefficient lead to a rapid decline of total cost at first, then make the cost be stabilized. The increase of initial cognitive and motor coefficient makes two types of learning appears to be hyperbolic. The important revelation of this study is that human management measures should be taken to reduce employee turnover in the early stages of learning. For complex products, it is more important to pay attention to the training of cognitive learning compared to the motor learning.
