腹针配合益肾化痰汤治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针配合益肾化痰汤治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:120例肾虚痰湿型PCOS患者分为3组,各40例,对照1组患者予腹针治疗,对照2组患者予益肾化痰汤治疗,治疗组患者予腹针配合益肾化痰汤治疗,对比分析其卵巢超声、脂肪细胞因子及糖脂代谢情况。结果:治疗后治疗组患者卵巢阻力指数(RI)、卵巢搏动指数(PI)、脂联素(ADPN)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)均高于对照1组、2组患者,卵巢体积(OV)及卵泡数目(FN)、内脂素(VF)、瘦素(LEP)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)均低于对照1组、2组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹针配合益肾化痰汤治疗肾虚痰湿型PCOS患者可改善卵巢超声、脂肪细胞因子及糖脂代谢情况。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with Yishen Huatan decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) of kidney-deficiency and phlegm-dampness type. Methods: The 120 cases of PCOS with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness were divided into three groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group 1 was treated with abdominal acupuncture, the control group 2 was treated with Yishen Huatan decoction, and the treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with Yishen Huatan decoction. The ovarian ultrasound, adipocytokines and glycolipid metabolism were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, ovarian resistance index (RI), ovarian pulsation index (PI), adiponectin (ADPN), insulin sensitivity index (ISI) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group 1 and 2. The ovarian volume (OV), follicular number (FN), visfatin (VF), leptin (LEP), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), and fasting insulin (FINS) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group 1 and 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture combined with Yishen Huatan Decoction can improve ovarian ultrasound, adipocytokines and glycolipid metabolism in PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness.
