摘　　要：总结针刺治疗绝经综合征的临床研究和实验研究的研究进展,临床上运用体针、电针、针刺结合耳穴贴压、针药结合、穴位埋线等方法,实验研究主要从内分泌系统、神经系统、免疫系统、自由基代谢、骨代谢等角度阐释其作用机制。The literature of clinical application and its mechanism of acupuncture for menopausal symptoms are summarized. The literatures indicate that body acupuncture, acupuncture combined with ear point tapping, electro-acupuncture, acupuncture combined with medicine, acupointcatgut embedding are used in acupuncture for menopausal symptoms. The research of mechanism includes endocrine system, nervous system, immune system, free radical metabolism, bone metabolism, etc. It suggests that acupuncture for menopausal symptoms is effective.
