大学生村官创业扶贫问题与对策研究——以安徽省铜陵市为例

摘　　要：打好脱贫攻坚战,关键在人。大学生村官处在农村基层一线,在脱贫攻坚的关键时刻,应该充分发挥专业特长和政策优势服务脱贫攻坚。该文分析了村官创业扶贫中的“创业”与“扶贫”在时间精力冲突、资源与市场竞争、途径与模式创新、成果与示范效应等问题,并结合铜陵市村官创业扶贫实践提出了相应的对策建议。The key factor in getting rid of poverty is that people and village officials are at the grassroots level in the rural areas. At the critical moment of poverty alleviation,they should give full play to their professional expertise and policy advantages to help them out of poverty. This paper analyzes the problems of village officials′ entrepreneurial poverty alleviation,such as“entrepreneurship”and“poverty alleviation”in time and energy conflicts,resources and market competition,ways and model innovation,results and demonstration effects,etc. and Combined with the reality of poverty alleviation by village officials in Tongling City,a series of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
