集束化护理预防神经外科手术部位感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理措施在神经外科手术部位感染预防中的应用效果。方法选取607例神经外科手术患者作为研究对象,将310例接受常规护理干预作为对照组,297例在常规护理基础上接受集束化护理干预作为观察组。结果观察组手术部位感染发生率明显降低,甲级愈合率明显升高。结论对神经外科手术患者进行集束化护理干预,可减少手术部位感染发生,改善切口愈合情况。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of care bundles in the prevention of neurosurgical site infection. METHODS 607 cases of with neurosurgical operation were selected as the subject. 310 cases received routine nursing intervention as the control group,and 297 cases received cluster nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing as the observation group. RESULTS In the observation group,the incidence of surgical site infection was reduced and the rate of grade a healing was increased. CONCLUSION The care bundles could reduce the incidence of surgical site infection and improve wound healing.
